How do I install my Mycube safe?

Every Mycube safe comes with a pre-drilled bottom and back for easy installation. We provide the necessary hardware to bolt your safe to a shelf, floor, or wall to ensure maximum security.

What is the warranty policy on Mycube products?

We offer a lifetime warranty on all Mycube safes. If your safe experiences any mechanical or structural defects, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via ground carriers usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.

What happens if the batteries in my digital lock die?

Our safes feature an external battery pack or a manual override key depending on the model. You will always be able to access your safe even if the internal batteries are exhausted.

Can I return my safe if it doesn't fit my space?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. The safe must be in its original packaging and condition. Please note that return shipping fees may apply for non-defective items.

Are Mycube safes fireproof?

While our standard Mycube models are designed for high-end theft protection and organization, we do offer a specific 'FireCube' model that is rated for 1-hour fire protection at 1700 degrees Fahrenheit.
