At Mycube, we want you to feel completely secure with your purchase. If your home safe isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Safe

  Securely place the safe in its original box with all included hardware, keys, and manuals to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange.
